Terms of service

1. Who we are

SkilledPass (skilledpass.com) is a service of Loriam Holding Ltd, Cyprus ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What we sell

SkilledPass provides online job-skills training, tests and certificates. That is all we sell.

We do not sell, promise or guarantee any job, visa, work permit, salary, relocation or placement. A certificate shows that you passed our test; it is not a job offer or a visa document.

SkilledPass is a private service. It is not a government or European Union programme and is not endorsed by one.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You sign up with your email address, which we verify with a one-time code. Keep your details accurate and do not let anyone else use your account or take a test for you.

4. Prices and payment

The courses and tests are free. You pay for a certificate only after you pass the test. In India the prices are: certificate ₹999, yearly renewal ₹499, extra retake ₹299. Other countries see their local price before paying.

You get 2 free test attempts in every 30-day period. Extra attempts in that period are paid retakes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller is Loriam Holding Ltd, which issues your invoice or receipt. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Your certificate is digital content that we issue immediately after payment. By paying, you ask us to issue it straight away and you accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it is issued.

If we cannot issue your certificate, or you were charged twice or in error, we refund you in full. Write to [email protected].

6. Test rules and fair play

To keep certificates trustworthy, the test uses a selfie at the start, random camera snapshots during the test, a check that compares your face with your profile photo, and detection of tab switching or leaving the test screen. You will be asked for your consent first.

We may review flagged attempts. If we find cheating or impersonation, we may cancel the attempt, refuse to issue a certificate, or revoke one that was issued, without a refund of the fee for that attempt.

7. Certificates and verification

A certificate is valid for 1 year from the issue date. Each one has a unique serial number and a signed QR code that opens a public verification page.

The public page shows your photo, name, job track, score band, English level (if assessed), issue and expiry dates, and the status (valid, expiring soon, expired, revoked or renewed). By getting a certificate you agree that anyone with its serial number or QR code can see this page.

Before expiry you can renew by completing a refresher course and test and paying the renewal fee. Your certificate history is kept.

8. Sharing with HR partner agencies (optional)

With your separate, explicit consent, we share your certified profile with our licensed HR partner agencies. The first partner is Starball Z Recruitment Services Limited, Cyprus (company reg. no. HE466609, private employment agency licence no. 543).

Partner agencies are independent. They decide on their own whether to contact you, and they provide any placement or recruitment service under their own licence and terms, outside our payment flow. We do not charge you for placement.

You can withdraw your consent at any time in the app. We stop new shares straight away and ask partners to delete or stop using your profile.

9. Referrals

Each user has a personal referral link. When three people you referred pass and pay for a certificate, you get one free renewal. Referral rewards have no cash value. We may cancel rewards gained by fake accounts or abuse.

10. Content and acceptable use

The lessons, tests and certificate designs belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy the question bank, share answers, or try to break or overload the service.

11. Liability

We prepare our courses with care but cannot promise any outcome from them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without taking away any protection given to you by the consumer law of the country where you live. If we change these terms we will show the new version in the app; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
